September 3, 2012. Recently, Katerina Alcantara/Montenegro (Julia Montes) heard Emilia "Emily" Cardenas/Guidotti (Dawn Zulueta) and Virginia Cruz (Helen Gamboa) talking to each other. Emily expressed her disappointment to Katerina who is the reason why Daniel Cruz/Guidotti's (Coco Martin) life is miserable. Katerina felt guilty and decided to move out from the Guidotti's residence together with her mother, Luisa Alcantara/Reyes (Sharmaine Buencamino). Katerina and Luisa then packed their things without second thoughts because Katerina thought that Emily is right. After awhile, Katerina and Luisa then informed Emily and Virginia that they want to live at the Alcantara Hacienda. Emily, on the other hand, was very surprised of Katerina and Luisa's decision wherein Emily confronted Katerina why they suddenly decided to leave. Emily then knew from Katerina that Katerina heard her conversation with Virginia.

Meanwhile, Marco Montenegro (Richard Gomez) was very bothered that he only recieved a text message from his legal wife, Jane/Jean Bonifacio/Montenegro (Eula Valdez), telling him that she is doing fine. Marco was not convinced that it was Jane who texted him. Meanwhile, inside prison, Daniel was very shocked that Miguel Ramos (Nonie Buencamino) is his inmate. Miguel, on the other hand, is very happy to see Daniel inside prison because it gave him a chance to kill Daniel.
