In this episode in MMK, this story is about Doctor Rosalie (Iza Calzado), who experienced a lot of traumatic incidence that resulted to a major depression. When Rosalie was still a teenager, she fell in love with Allen (Edward Mendez). Rosalie got pregnant but Allen was not ready to build a family yet. Because of Allen's rejection towards his responsibities as a father, Rosalie lost her child. A few weeks after, Rosalie tried to move on by working abroad as a Doctor. Unfortunately, Rosalie was raped by a fellow countryman, when she was on her way home. The traumatic incident made Rosalie's depression worst wherein she was not allowed to work as a Doctor anymore. Although Rosalie only have a major depression, her family treated her as someone insane. Rosalie's family even diagnosed her having a Bipolar disorder and let her take medicines for the disorder. On the other hand, Rosalie believes that she don't need medicines but rather, she needs her family's love and attention. With this in mind, how will Rosalie prove to everybody that she is not having a bipolar disorder
