Luchie Trajano- Quillamor (Michelle Madrigal) and Kevin Quillamor (Marc Abaya) asked the help of a lawyer. The lawyer told them that Miggy Quillamor (Migs Cuaderno) has the right to choose where he is going to stay. Miggy is already aboveseven years old that is why he could do that. The lawyer also said once that Stella Mariano- Quillamor (Maxene Magalona) wins on court, all they could ask for is visiting rights. Apparently, the lawyer saw a problem. The court may overlook and check that Kevin is married with another woman and that would only grab him the chance to visit his son. But Kevin did not want Stella to have the chance to hold on Miggy. He wanted the sole custody of the child. He did not want Miggy to grow up with Stella who has no breedingat all.
